Check with your local paint store or ask a contractor what is best for your deck. Using a pressure washer will do the best job, as a garden hose does not provide adequate pressure.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Only after your deck has thoroughly dried can a sealer or stain be applied. A sealer will seal the deck from moisture, but will not protect the deck from UV damage. A stain provides better UV protection and may provide a longer lasting finish.</description>
